Carin @swedishptgirl and Paula @hubofhappy invite you to this delicious 3hr workshop that will guide to you find your flow, and to move both your body & mind towards a lighter, happier, more powerful you!
We have handpicked a special peaceful venue @kingdom so that you will feel secluded and safe to explore how to ignite that spark inside you.
So how will you find a lighter, happier, more powerful you in just three hours?
You will receive nuggets of wisdom on why movement and mindset are so critical to create a stronger you both inside and out! We know from our own experiences (chronic illnesses, trauma and midlife discovery) that there is a symbiotic relationship between movement and mindset, and we want to share with you why they are so powerful!
Movement | The happy pill with no side effects! Carin will talk about something that can help prevent depression, Alzheimer’s, dementia with immediate positive effect on your mood and focus! How can you create consistency? Don't be stuck in your outside state - go inside! Optimum? Start with moving. Moving isn’t just for your body (reduce stress and improve sleep). Being outside for 10-15min moving increases your Serotonin and boosts your endorphins. You will feel strong and happy. Long term. Training/exercising is the most transformative thing you can do for your brain. Trying to think your Way out of overthinking is like trying to sniff your way out of a cocaine habit. You have to change it with the body first. What's your why?

Mindset "We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.” - Buddha. Paula talks about the importance of adopting healthier ways of thinking and how doing the inner work can help you to move away from old unhelpful negative thought loops towards more up to date, useful, positive thoughts; so that you can create the life you want and find your happy, whatever that means to you! Covering topics such as:
- How we can get stuck in past negative experiences and how it becomes our barometer for our future decision making.
- Negative v Positive Bias
- How having a healthy mindset can help you to get comfortable with owning your responses to situations or the behaviour of others.
- Appropriate responsibility; knowing where you end, and others begin.
- How a healthy mindset can ultimately help you to feel lighter, more energised, peaceful, confident and firmly rooted in yourself
The workshop includes short talks on movement and mindset, followed by some actual real live movement with Carin and an immersive relaxing & gentle mindset experience with Paula.
How will the day look like? Firstly, Carin will show you how to make movement fun, simple and powerful so that you can easily build it into your daily routine and feel a stronger you emerge as a result. Paula will then guide you through an immersive experience of breath-work, guided meditation and group hypnotherapy, which will be based around the general subjects of stress management and feeling confident to embrace change.
